OCBC - MYWELLNESS FIESTA

Project Overview
For OCBC’s MyWellness Fiesta, a workplace wellness initiative, we developed a connected digital ecosystem combining a custom puzzle game with a real-time, event-wide polling system. Designed to engage employees across multiple locations, the system enabled live participation while translating responses into dynamic, visual feedback on a central display.
Impact
A connected digital layer that unified games, queues, social moments, and physical activations into one cohesive experience.
Increased engagement through gamification, real-time interactions, and social sharing.
A frictionless journey guiding attendees from entry to participation — all within a single integrated system.
What We Build
Core Platforms
Real-Time Polling System: A scalable polling platform that captured and aggregated votes instantly, displaying results live on a central screen for all participants to see.
Multi-Country Synchronisation: A unified system deployed across five countries, ensuring all inputs were synced in real time for a consistent, shared experience.
Interactive Experiences
Custom Digital Puzzle Game: A fully customised game designed to drive participation and reinforce engagement throughout the event.
Dynamic Ball Drop Visualisation: A live visual system that translated poll results into animated ball drops, providing immediate and engaging feedback to participants.
Social & Connectivity Layer
Live Poll Visualisation System: Real-time voting results displayed on a central screen, with dynamic graphics updating instantly to reflect audience participation.
Multi-Country Data Synchronisation: A connected system that aggregates and synchronises inputs across five countries, enabling a unified, shared experience in real time.
Dynamic Ball Drop Engine: Visual feedback system that translates live poll data into animated ball drops, creating an engaging and intuitive representation of results.
Adaptive System Logic: Smart algorithm that regulates ball distribution to prevent overflow while maintaining accurate, proportional visual output.
